Summary
Join the Realise Team, part of the [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group, in Somerset. This role provides support to individuals within their homes and in the community, assisting with personal care, hobbies, and companionship. No experience is required, and full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will need a valid driving license and their own vehicle and have knowledge of Highbridge.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Providing high-quality, person-centered care tailored to the individual's needs.
- Supporting with day-to-day living tasks such as personal care and housekeeping.
- Offering emotional support, social interactions, and accompanying individuals to appointments.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- A full valid driving licence and your own vehicle
- Knowledge of the Highbridge area and able to commute around Highbridge from your home location.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Available to work alternate weekends
