Summary
Being a Lifestyle Coordinator at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] involves providing residents with a varied programme of outings, visits and intellectually stimulating activities. You’ll engage with the residents on a one-to-one basis, helping them keep active and engaged, and so enhancing their quality of life. Working alongside our multi-disciplinary team, you will be help ensure that each resident’s social care plan is tailored to reflect their needs. Where necessary, you will arrange activities for residents with specific requirements and help run activities such as reminiscence therapy sessions, rehabilitation of domestic skills, chair exercises, music and movement, etc. Overall, you’ll be part of the team that brings friendship, smiles and laughter into the lives of a wonderful group of people.
Key Responsibilities/Duties include providing residents with a varied programme of outings, visits and intellectually stimulating activities, engaging with residents on a one-to-one basis, and helping to enhance their quality of life. Developing and running engaging activities is also a key aspect.

Shift – 9am to 5pm & 10am to 6pm Five days a week on a rotating shift pattern
What you’ll be doing
Being a Lifestyle Coordinator at [Employer hidden] involves providing residents with a varied programme of outings, visits and intellectually stimulating activities. You’ll engage with the residents on a one-to-one basis, helping them keep active and engaged, and so enhancing their quality of life.
