What you’ll be doing

Being a Care Assistant at [Employer hidden] involves providing safe, reliable and compassionate care and support to all of the individuals who live and stay with us. You’ll be responsible for providing the help and assistance residents need to continue to lead a fulfilling life. Working alongside our multi-disciplinary team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that each resident’s personal care plan is tailored to reflect their needs. You’ll also give residents any assistance they need to take part in activities and outings, helping them to pursue their hobbies and interests. Overall, you’ll be part of the team that brings friendship, smiles and laughter into the lives of a wonderful group of people.

Do you have what it takes?

The Care Assistants at Cramond come from many different backgrounds, but they all share two key qualities – a commitment to providing the highest level of care and a love of making people happy. To join this team of dedicated carers, you’ll need to have a SVQ2 Health And Social Services and/or a minimum of two years previous experience.
