FULL DESCRIPTION
Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering products that get ahead of client’s needs. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives on end-to-end product ownership and is eager to roll up their sleeves to make an impact. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, customer success, marketing, and sales—to define and execute product strategies that drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction. Your contributions will directly influence our product’s success and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize product requirements together, translating business goals and customer needs into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy and customer objectives.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product enhancements and new feature delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer by regularly collecting and analysing customer feedback to refine the product roadmap.
- Design and create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and workflows in Figma.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and messaging.
- Produce and update documentation used by customers, end-users and partners
Core Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analysis skills able to translate customer and business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning and writing user stories.
- Strong experience with Figma or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of APIs, SDKs, integrations, or other technical aspects of SaaS platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar to track performance and inform decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
