Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business operations, processes, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance performance and profitability.
- Assist clients with change management, digital transition and transformation organisational restructuring and outsourcing management.
- Provide expert advice on financial management, risk assessment, and cost optimisation.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, recommendations, and action plans.
- End-to-end project management
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Core Requirements:
- 10+ years experience as a Business Consultant, Adviser, or similar role.
- Must have high-level management experience
- Management in IT sector is essential
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and financial modeling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indian language is preferable
