- Provide guidance and support to patients and their families on adaptive techniques, equipment, and home modifications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to optimize patient care outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
- Stay updated on current trends and advancements in occupational therapy practice through continuing education and professional development activities.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development.
