Summary

Vuba is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Administrator to join the operations team. The role involves supporting the team with day-to-day administrative duties in a fast-paced environment, offering an excellent opportunity to learn about all aspects of business operations.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Supporting the operations team with purchase orders and buying requests
  • Sourcing new suppliers
  • Procurement duties - Purchase and keep on top of office supplies, Create reports of suppliers, based on quality, timeliness and price, Purchasing of raw materials, finished goods, packaging and other materials
  • Managing stock levels, ordering products from suppliers
  • Mange lead times on raw materials
  • Work alongside Logistics and Sales to ensure customers get the best possible Customer service
  • Manage spread sheet trackers and CRM system

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Maths and English GCSE’s
  • Excellent attitude to work
  • Can do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
