Summary
Vuba Surfaces is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Specifications Sales Executive to develop relationships with Specifiers and Architects, promoting Vuba resin bound surfacing products for commercial and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Responsibility to deliver expected conversion rates on a select number of projects following a cradle to grave approach in collaboration with the wider sales team
- Liaising with all key stake holders on new projects, while documenting progress and activities on all personally assigned opportunities
- Effective and forward diary planning
- Managing Contractor terms and agreements, including regular reviews on levels and spend to justify terms
- Providing first line technical dialogue and information to your selected customer base
- Liaising with clients and dealing with objections
- Dealing with all incoming enquiries quickly and providing excellent customer service to our customers
- All reporting is to be completed weekly on the CRM system
- Identifying incremental growth opportunities
- Representing and supporting the business at various social and brand awareness events
- Site Assistance and technical training
- Own the delivery and supply of your projects by supporting our operational departments
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- An excellent knowledge of the Architects marketplace, and a proven track record of working on large scale commercial, Industrial and Residential projects
- Capability to handle technical dialogue at all levels, and experience of presenting to groups.
- Ability to quickly become a technical specialist in resin bound surfacing products.
- Excellent Account Management skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships at all levels.
- An understanding of the project stages and decision-making process in commercial and residential construction.
- Driving license is essential for this role as there will be travel involved.
