FULL DESCRIPTION

Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized person to join Vuba as an HR and Recruitment Administrator. In this role, you will work with senior management supporting them with the recruitment process by pre-screening candidates and support the wider business with HR duties. You will perform a key role within the HR Team and have the opportunity to progress your career within HR & Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review incoming resumes and effectively screen them. Create shortlists of the best candidates by pre-screening candidates.
  • Arrange in-person interviews with the relevant interviews/Managers.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Liaise with line managers to fully understand the requirements for the open role and wri te effective job adverts and post them on various recruitment platforms. Undertake appraisals, disciplinaries, performance reviews. Help with the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative suppor t to the HR team and work in line with HR best practices.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases. Keep up with industry standards and best practices.
  • Any other ad hoc duties.

Core Requirements

  • Good time management skills, as you may have multiple job roles live concurrently.
  • Effective communication skills to effectively communicate with managers and colleagues.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Previous experience as a HR Administrator would be advantageous but not essential.
