- Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring smooth operations.
- Lead and manage event staff, including contractors and volunteers.
- Quickly resolve any issues that arise during events to maintain client satisfaction.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role.
