Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Set up and operate lighting equipment during rehearsals and live events.
- Collaborate with directors, stage managers, and technical teams to meet event lighting requirements.
- Program and control lighting consoles to execute precise lighting cues.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of lighting equipment.
- Ensure all lighting setups are completed on schedule and comply with safety regulations.
- Adapt lighting plans in real-time to accommodate changes during live events.
- Provide post-event reports and feedback on lighting performance.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- Proven experience as a Lighting Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating lighting consoles and equipment.
- Strong understanding of lighting design principles and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
