Summary
To advise local and global customers on the use of Vitsœ’s furniture, helping them to plan solutions for their needs while convincing them of the long-term benefits of buying less that is of a better quality. Key Responsibilities/Duties include reaching out to end-users, private customers, architecture and interior-design professionals, to dramatically increase their awareness of Vitsœ, responding to local and global customer planning requests, assisting in the day-to-day running of the shop, creating drawings with Vitsœ’s bespoke software according to brief, visiting customers’ homes or offices to evaluate wall/floor/ceiling types, access for our installation team and suitability of planned furniture for intended use and environment, liaising with assembly and installation teams to confirm installation/delivery/collection dates, and working to achieve the highest possible conversion from inquiry to customer. Core requirements include punctuality, patience and an ability to translate customers’ needs efficiently, absolute precision in technical planning, availability for Saturday-working on a rota basis, fluent written and spoken English and fluency in another language, such as Spanish, and a natural three-dimensional understanding.

The role requires:
