Summary

They will provide high quality care within the community, including private clients. Shifts in the community tend to be morning and lunches 7-2 and from teas and beds from 4-10 however the can vary.
Your responsibility as a carer is to provide a service of care to clients to enable them to lead as independent a lifestyle as possible. This care service will involve a program of personal care and household management that is personalized for each client in the form of a Service User Plan. Care duties will therefore include assisting the client and in so doing will at times observe and respect the client’s dignity, privacy, choice and independence as far as practical.

Job description
[Employer hidden] seek dedicated Care Assistants to join our team at our busy and vibrant Southend branch.
We are looking for Carers to join us in providing high quality care within the community, including private clients. Shifts in the community tend to be morning and lunches 7-2 and from teas and beds from 4-10 however the can vary. As we are an agency, we do pick up packages where we have capacity, whether that would be live in care, respite care, social hours or domestic cleaning.
Your responsibility as a carer is to provide a service of care to clients to enable them to lead as independent a lifestyle as possible. This care service will involve a program of personal care and household management that is personalized for each client in the form of a Service User Plan. Care duties will therefore include assisting the client and in so doing will at times observe and respect the client’s dignity, privacy, choice and independence as far as practical.

Rate of pay is between £8.25 - £9.00 per hour depending on experience, area of work and possession of a driving licence and vehicle.
Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS Check.
