Summary
Experienced smart repairer technician needed to repair and maintain complex electronic Smart gadgets. Must have exceptional soldering skills and expertise in troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare work and test devices and equipment (Mobile, Tablets, Laptops, PCs) based on specifications,
- Run tests to assess the devices and equipment functionality,
- Install and update software, troubleshoot wiring problems and installations,
- Diagnose and detect faults, replace damaged parts and components,
- Visit and advise clients on the use and servicing of electronic equipments,
- Keep accurate records of repairs and inventory,
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns,
