Summary
Join the CIOB Academy and help drive engagement, sales, and brand awareness for our training, CPD, and technical resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans, drive engagement, and track campaign success.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, , write and create content, coordinate asset distribution, and produce newsletters.
- Run targeted Google Ads and optimise the content on the website for SEO.
- Manage Academy social media, create content, and oversee paid social media ads.
- Monitor marketing performance, report insights, and optimise campaigns.
Core Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial marketing and campaign delivery.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and analytics.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and build stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaigns – Plan and execute marketing campaigns, , write and create content, coordinate asset distribution, and produce newsletters.
- Digital Marketing – Run targeted Google Ads and optimise the content on the website for SEO.
- Social media – Manage Academy social media, create content, and oversee paid social media ads.
- Analysis & Reporting – Monitor marketing performance, report insights, and optimise campaigns.
About You
- Proven experience in commercial marketing and campaign delivery.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and analytics.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and build stakeholder relationships.
- A degree in marketing or a CIM qualification (or working towards one) is desirable.
