Position: Graduate/Apprentice Information/IT Security Professional/Consultant

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding information security and consultancy practice. Graduate/Apprentice Information Security Analyst required for specialised security consultancy based near London. This is an excellent and challenging opportunity to join a team of information security experts and consultants where you will get an opportunity to gain practical exposure and a broad knowledge set on IT and information security. This role also offers learning and development on the job along with a combination of in-house and classroom training.

Key Skills/Responsibilities Required:

• Quick learner, Customer Facing, Good knowledge of information/IT security concepts;
• Providing security guidance to projects for clients in different sectors and industry;
• Ideal Candidates would have a proven track record of working in a client facing position;
• Fluent in written and spoken English;
• Ability to interact effectively at different levels of management;
• Flexible working hours required at time;
• Clients primarily London based but some travel maybe required;
• Dependent on role – Senior Candidates must be able to achieve SC clearance. (UK national/those with indefinite leave to remain);
• Ability to lead engagements onsite and liaise directly with clients;
• Willingness to learn and the ability to undertake security assessments, audits and review of information facilities, system and assets;
• Ability to formulate policies, procedures and standards for various client environments based on industry best practices, ISO 27001 standard etc;
• Must use your own initiative.
