Relationship Manager

Our Client is a disruptive challenger within Asset Finance, held by Private Ownership and led by a new and dynamic executive management team. It is a market leader in vendor finance, with outstanding technology and service offerings, maintaining equipment suppliers across the United Kingdom with finance programmes. It has a regionally based direct client asset finance offering which that plans to expand aggressively, beginning with its Sales and Relationship Management roles.

Job Purpose:

Reporting within the Head of Relationship Management, you will be required to build and sustain profitable relationships with our Asset Finance customers. Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, through character and timeliness of service and by providing an excellent customer experience to help generate a successful and profitable service line

Responsibilities:

  • Building moreover maintaining an Asset Finance customer portfolio in order to maximise growth
  • Develop relationships within customer portfolio in order to produce revenue
  • Catching targets as per agreed KPIs
  • Experience and appropriately price for risk
  • Assist with claiming client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Developing and maintaining client development strategies beside Head of Relationship Management
  • Develop also manage strong relationships with both in-house including external stakeholders
  • Securing sales pipeline and financial forecasts are up to date and implement accurate reporting on financial metrics.
  • Constructively challenge barriers to business, supply and support team initiatives

Experience:

  • A perception of Asset Finance would be beneficial
  • Capacity to continually assess operational risks taking account of changing financial either market conditions and risk and regulatory requirements
  • Experience of working with external stakeholders to provide finance solutions
  • Involvement of working in a KPI driven environment
  • Experience of operating to revenue targets
  • Exposure of working in an organisation going through substantial change
