The role

We’re seeking a results-driven, high-energy Sales Executive who thrives in a high-commission, fast-paced environment. In this hunter role, you’ll be focused on generating new business, upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, identifying client pain points, and delivering tailored IT solutions that meet clients’ needs.

While we prefer candidates with MSP experience, we’re equally excited to hear from those with a background in solution selling (e.g., SaaS, IT services, telecoms, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or complex B2B sales). We value consultative sales professionals who focus on delivering value, not just competing on price.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Generate Leads – Identify and engage mid-market and enterprise clients who need IT solutions.
  • Consultative Selling – Understand clients’ pain points and challenges, then position our MSP services as strategic solutions.
  • Pipeline Management – Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue.
  • Client Relationship Building – Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, from IT managers to C-suite executives.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing – Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams – Work closely with solution architects and engineers to develop tailored proposals.

Requirements
