Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in areas such as software development/ innovation, 5G/ RAN/ ORAN and other wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of client needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of solutions for clients.
  • Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities to support the sales process and address client inquiries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales role, preferably within a telecoms industry.
  • Strong knowledge of software development/ innovation, 5G/ RAN/ ORAN and other wireless products and services.
  • Familiarity with computer networking concepts and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess client requirements accurately.
  • Experience in conducting product demos and presenting technical information clearly.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee sales initiatives effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
