We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager for a modern Indian Takeaway. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for all management of front house staff and kitchen. The takeaway offers modern and traditional Indian Cuisine in a sophisticated and truly intimate atmosphere

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan rota and staffing levels
  • Liaise with the Human Resources team to recruit new staff in the company.
  • Maintain paperwork for employees to the Government rules and regulation
  • Maintain employee work schedules including assignments, job rotation, training, holidays, and paid time off, telecommuting, and overtime scheduling.
  • To accurately complete relevant paperwork relating to sales and income, health and safety for the smooth running of business
  • Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organisation’s policies and procedures.
  • Lead employees to meet the organisation’s expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.
  • Weekly stock count and management of tracking of supplies
  • To maintain all the purchase and expenses paperwork and submit them in a timely manner
  • Work with social media teams in regards to marketing and promotion of the food items to be run throughout the month
  • Handle customer complaints and queries in an effective manner.
