  • Collaborate with other team leaders and departments to ensure effective coordination and communication across projects.

  • Maintain documentation, reports, and project-related information for effective tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a technology-driven company.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve desired results.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure project success.
Knowledge of Agile or other iterative development methodologies is a plus.
Familiarity with software development processes and technologies is highly desirable.
