We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team. As the Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance and regulatory compliance strategies, policies, and procedures for the company.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on quality assurance and regulatory compliance matters.
- Coordinate with external regulatory agencies and auditors during inspections and audits.
- Manage the documentation and record-keeping processes to ensure accurate and organized compliance records.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential compliance risks.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control systems and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality management, regulatory affairs, or a related discipline.
- Proven work experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance, preferably in the software development industry.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations, GDPR, etc.).
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory information to different stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in conducting audits and inspections is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies is a plus.
- Professional certifications in quality assurance or regulatory compliance (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, Regulatory Affairs Certification, etc.) are advantageous.
