We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team. As the Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance and regulatory compliance strategies, policies, and procedures for the company.
Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and training to employees on quality assurance and regulatory compliance matters.
Coordinate with external regulatory agencies and auditors during inspections and audits.
Manage the documentation and record-keeping processes to ensure accurate and organized compliance records.
Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential compliance risks.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality and compliance.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control systems and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality management, regulatory affairs, or a related discipline.
Proven work experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance, preferably in the software development industry.
In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations, GDPR, etc.).
Strong understanding of quality management systems and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory information to different stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in conducting audits and inspections is highly desirable.
Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies is a plus.
Professional certifications in quality assurance or regulatory compliance (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, Regulatory Affairs Certification, etc.) are advantageous.
