Administrative Assistant

We have an excellent opportunity for an articulate person to take up the role of Administrative Assistant and join our successful and expanding team in Watford.

The Role

As Administrative Assistant you will be taught everything there is to know about running an administration department within a busy sales office. You will be supporting the sales team and assisting with checking documents for completion, contracts and other office duties including:

  • Contract Management
  • Data Entry
  • Managing Supplier Contacts
  • Portal & CRM Input
  • Obtaining Business Details

The Person

To be successful for the role of Administrative Assistant you must be driven with a keen eye for detail and have Excel intermediate/advanced level experience. This is an excellent role to kick start your career as you will receive extensive training.
