About The Role
You will be responsible for:

Providing excellent customer service to spectators on matchdays.
Monitoring the crowds throughout the stadium for distress or overcrowding and following necessary procedures where needed.
Ensuring that all spectators are adhering to the ground regulations and policies of the club.
Ensuring emergency exits and gangways are always kept clear.
Staffing key positions within the ground in line with the clubs safety certificate.
Identify and investigate any incident or occurrence among spectators and report their findings to their supervisor.
Familiarization of any safety equipment and how to use it.
Aware of key locations within and outside of the stadium that may be utilised in the occurrence of an incident (First Aid Room, Stewards Room, Rendezvous).
Be fully aware with any methods or signals that may be used to alert staff that an emergency has arisen. Fully cognisant of emergency protocols
Assist in the prevention of pitch invasion.
Report any defects or damages to your supervisor that may cause a health and safety issue to a spectator. (e.g. broken seats).

Obtained Level 2 spectator safety qualification/or equivalent (Training maybe available)
