Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the pottery shop, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
• Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers, providing assistance and guidance in pottery painting, workshop participation, and other services.
• Train and mentor staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain product quality standards and collaborate with artisans to curate an appealing and diverse pottery selection.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage and coordinate the team during peak hours in a fast-paced cafe environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a management role in Restaurants or Cafeteria is required.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as required. Being able to work on Friday and Saturday and Sunday is required.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, sales techniques, and basic financial principles.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and artisans.
